I don’t normally post about politics, but I’ve been genuinely sad to watch some of the magic of Twitter disappear over the past few years. For me, Twitter was never really about the platform itself. It was about communities, conversations, discovering interesting people and ideas, and connecting with people I would probably never have met otherwise.
So when I saw a new movement trying to recreate some of that original Twitter spirit, I couldn’t not support it. It’s called Tweet, and it’s available at tweet.app.
You can join the waitlist, or become a Founder and get access right away. I have no idea where this will go. But I really like the idea behind it, and I want to do my small part in helping it grow.
