I've been thinking a lot about how many developers spend their days working alone.

We collaborate through Teams, Slack, GitHub Copilot, pull requests, and AI, but many of us rarely get the chance to simply sit down with other developers, write code together, exchange ideas, and enjoy being part of a community.

So, I've decided to do something about it.

I've started Code x Connect (CXC) – a community for developers who want to code together, meet new people, and be part of a welcoming developer network.

The idea is intentionally simple: We meet in-person once a month to code, learn, and connect. There are no presentations. No sales pitches. No pressure. Just developers, laptops, good conversations, food, drinks, and a few hours spent building whatever you're passionate about.

Our first meetup will be:

📅 7 September 🕔 17:00–20:00 📍 Twoday, Copenhagen

After that, we'll meet on the first Monday of every month. Participation is completely free, but we have a limited number of seats for each meetup.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, send me a message and I'll get you connected. You can also start by joining our group here at LinkedIn - Code & Connect.

Sometimes the best thing you can build isn't software—it's a community.
